My journey began in late 2005 when my parents suggested that I study nursing in London, as my other siblings were residing there. However, the thought of freezing temperatures didn’t quite arouse my enthusiasm. I began to look into other relocation options.
My father recommended Australia because he recognised its unique opportunities. Despite never having visited, he was very knowledgeable about the country and its people because of his teaching background. He also reminded me that I’d grown up watching Neighbours and never missed an episode of The Adventures of Skippy the Bush Kangaroo. I decided to come to Australia.
I put myself through dental nursing school and eventually worked as a dental nurse and technician. However, it wasn’t my real passion, so I took a leap of faith and went into real estate.
During my time in dentistry, I was introduced to a wide range of people from varied backgrounds and with very different needs. I found that I had an ability to arouse enthusiasm and deal with patients’ anxiety, and I learnt that my greatest asset was understanding my clients’ emotions. Like going to the dentist, buying or selling a home can be an extremely emotional time for all parties. I help my clients manage this transition.
My purpose in this journey is to not only help you find the property of your dreams by delivering a service that goes beyond the sale, but to convert transactions into long term relationships.
